builds, updates and upgrades

    :rolleyes: We have two builds in two days. Nothing wrong with that, if the issue is CRITICAL.
    Unfortunately no notification is received though at the time of registration these were ticked ( Pl see attachment ).
    One has to go on downloading 75 MB files which cost us money.
    Support should provide some feedback.

    I agree; if the offer is made to inform then do it. TI seems to be no different than other vendors. I don't think I have received many notifications about a free bug-fix upgrade but lots of upgrade notifications when more money is involved.

    :) :D At last I did receive a mail about the latest build.
    This is the first time I have received information of updates other than a number of promotional offers etc of acronis products.
    Thanks anyway and DO keep this up.
