bug?

There seems to be a bug, I can't actually remove sites from the restricted site list, I remove them but they just appear again.

 

When you say you are trying to "remove sites" from the list, do you mean you are trying to add them to the Permanent Ignore list?

The only easy way to prevent SpywareBlaster from re-adding protection for items on any of the block lists is to right-click on the list and choose "Add Item to Ignore List". This should permanently ignore the item - is that what you are trying to do?
