    LnS 2.05, 11 Apr 2004 on XP SP2.

    BUG:

If SVCHOST.exe is limited on application filtering list (ie. blocked or enabled to connect only to 127.0.0.1) DNS resolution is not possible. This is also true if Application filtering is turned OFF and when Watch DNS calls in Advanced options is turned OFF.

    Expected behaviour:
If Application filtering is off, DNS should work, if it is not blocked in Network filtering.
If Watch DNS calls is off, DNS should work regardless of any other settings in Filtering tabs.

The "watch DNS" blocking has some latency when you activate/disable or disable/activate in the same windows session.
To be sure the option has been taken into account the best way is to reboot the PC.

I see, so there is really no bug, but changing some options take some time before they get applied.
