[BUG] Ess 3.0.551.0 blocking "my network places"

    since ormat/re-install this pc back in november this problem hasnt re-occurred, no matter what i do i cannot re-produce it (no wonder eset cant)

    the errors in event viewer do still show up, but clicking on "view workgroup" works perfectly since the format/re-install of xp
