I purchased ESS 5 weeks ago and installed it on my computer. When I play computer games and use utorrent to download files, the computer always crashes and shows BSOD after a period of time.

I tried to contact the local distributor (Version 2 Limited) for help, but instead of showing me a step by step solution, their reply pointed me to some Baidu Q&A external links that have little relevance to my problem.

Yesterday I uninstalled ESS 5 and went back to ESS 4, hoping that it would stop the crash. After I installed ESS 4, playing computer games and downloading files with utorrent no longer caused the computer to crash.

There are some details I found in Windows 7 Action Center:

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

It's the same issue as the one described here; there's no solution from Microsoft yet.

my first EVAH bsod was tonight when i clicked to watch an online vid ... sucked monkeys.

drivers required zero updates so i tooled around on the net for a bit, found nothing that categorically addressed my issue, and for no apparent reason i'm again able to watch online vids

    curious place is computer...
