I was just about to start a thread when I found this one. I just found out about it recently when I was looking through the privacy and security add-ons for Firefox. Has anyone tried it and if so how well did it work? The description says "It monitors your browser configuration against badware which hijack your homepage and search configuration." It sounded interesting so I thought I would see if anyone could offer an opinion on it.

Correct names are BrowserProtect and Firefox. There's Public Fox as well.

So what is your opinion of it. I don't care about names just how it works.

Fair enough. I have numerous add-ons now and hate to add anything else unless it is something really good.
