Can I ask to save a scan log and give me an approximate amount of files you have?

Example as I don't have any files:

U files meaning Unknown & G meaning known Good.

    [G] c:\program files\videolan\vlc\vlc.exe [MD5: 9ACB56CF4AD684E812D94D0DDC912857] [Flags: 40010000.8]
    [G] c:\program files (x86)\malwarebytes anti-malware\unins000.exe [MD5: D2796ECF50731E696F0C065D24C0827A] [Flags: 40000000.28]
    [G] c:\program files (x86)\burnaware premium\unins000.exe [MD5: BCFD17450D9210A3ACC0DF7818CD1AC0] [Flags: 40000000.29]

    Thanks,

    Daniel

Last time I checked I had almost none Unknown files, but I will reinstall WSA and post the log file later.

If you have over 20 please contact support so that they can Whitelist your files. Webroot Customer Service as I found it helps or solves the issue.

    @Nightwalker:

It is best not to have your scan log posted online, as there could be personal details in it.
You should contact support, as TH advised in previous post.

Okay, but I dont think there is something wrong with my machine.

The log just have my first name as personal info, nothing really important, but thanks for your advise.

26 files, most are from Cyberfox and dormant games tools.

In the weekend I will reinstall my system and see if it gets better.

I really appreciate your help guys,

I hadn't noticed any appreciable browser lag until today. As of today very noticeable with Safari, but not Chrome. Sure WSA is cause as when removed, no more lag. Running OS X 10.9.2 on a Mac with 8 GB of ram and a 30 mbps internet connection.

Could you write into our support inbox so that they can look into diagnosing what's causing it?

    Thanks!
