Browser Hijack Blaster Removal?

    Hi

    I removed my Browser Hijack Blaster (replaced it with Spygeard) using Controll Panel in Windows but the next day this program is back along with SpyGuard. I put it in Autostart earlier so it starts when Windows starts but since I removed it shouldn't it be gone? It's still in Autostat but not in Control Panel or Program Start. Any suggestions please?
