Browse buttons are numb

    I wanted to upload a small gif. The Browse buttons all were totally numb, so I was unable to browse for the file. I turned off all my security & tried again -- just in case the numbness was due to one of my security apps. The Browse buttons still were numb.

    I use Firefox. AFAIK none of my settings preclude browsing to locate a file on my computer.

    Help, please
