   If you are a 'EU-citizen' and want a passport, you get finger-printed ..
   If you want to enter the United States, you get finger-printed ...
   
   This is a good thing, because it means that TLA-spies can only enter the EU
   under one name and can be kept out after being exposed . (/S)
