    Judge Says Boston Student's Laptop Was Seized Illegally.

    Campus police have never been the brightest lights protecting citizens against crime IMHO - let alone the inference that computer expertize itself constitutes support for a finding of probable cause to seize a student's property!

    That's not only ridiculous, but scary! :rolleyes:

    Really flimsy evidence, sounds like the campus police just went off the rails there..
