When I set up to clone a drive, the PC starts to reboot to begin copying the drive, the windows boot logo appears and then the system hangs right there.

    Dell Optiplex Gx110, pentium 3 (933mhz), WinXP Pro SP2

Any ideas on what I might need to change tofix this? It seems on this machine windows doesn't want to allow other programs to run at the start up.

    Hello shieber,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/products/trueimage/).

Please accept our apologies for your inconvenience.

The thing is that Acronis True Image clones system hard disk drive on the Windows blue screen (where the disk checking procedure performs when Windows has been shut down incorrectly).

Please contact support@acronis.com regarding this problem.

    Thank you.
