Boot ISO

I have created a boot cd which works fine. But if I make a boot cd create an ISO of it and add files, it will not boot. I get this error at boot:

Starting Acronis Loader...
Boot Failed, press any key

I've heard there is a iso of the boot cd and was hoping I could get that.

What's the instruction make that customized bootable cd? Thanks.

This <previous thread> provides detailed instructions for creating a bootable DVD that contains both the TI boot rescue program and TI image files. It works equally as well for CDs (just select CD-ROM (boot) when creating the new compliation) other than there is less room per disk for the image files.
Please read the whole of the thread and then decide whether you want to use wdormann's original procedure or my updated/revised version.
