boot cd + license included

    Hi,

    we have some problem with enterprise server latest version.
    Here we found the new option "license server"...
    My question is: how can we generate a boot cd with license (universal restore and acronis) included?
    We have generated a boot cd but starting up the pc it asks for the license server in order to going on...
