    Everyone,

we use nod 32 and we distribute it to all our customers.

we also use the bomgar box to do remote assistance with our clients. i have found if we place a bomgar remote jump client sitting on the customers pc and they have eset nod32. if we do not place an exception to the folder for the bomgar jump client bomgar-scc.exe nod32 ekrn.exe hits 80-90% cpu and basically renders the pc unusable. if i place an exception to the folder the bomgar-scc.exe resides in everything goes back to normal.

is there any way to place an exception for the bomgar-scc.exe without placing an exception for every .exe on the system ?
