Does anyone know this program. Does it do what it says it does?
This program is dead for over a year as Comodo has incorporated into CIS and Comodo AV. http://forums.comodo.com/comodo-boc...ard-closed-product-discontinued-t38706.0.html
That title had me thinking that Kevin was making another 'BoClean' type program....too bad
i was scared too
i thought it revived
Kevin and Nancy are heavily involved in developing KNOS and what a great thing it is
It's a very impressive looking project, have you tried it out yet?
Yes, emailed them some time back and was sent the download and instructions. Works well for me and will carry on supporting, trying the betas. I hope it can grow for them into something substantial.
Thanks for the heads-up
Was there a bitter ending to the deal? Just wondering by Kevin's post here:
I'm sure that it was very bitter. "Bitter" is the taste of the color red, which permeates Comodo's site.
I wish Kevin & Nancy well in their future pursuits.
Well it all started publicly with this: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=256910&highlight=Vibes
You kinda have to do a little research to get a some of the full story and as far as I am aware the full story was never put out in public.
KNOS seems awesome.
Kevin and Nancy deserve better ... enough said ...
Can I ask what hardware you are using?
KNOS beta2 won't load on my PentiumM 1.6GHz with 1GB.
It just halts at the line (which reads something like);
'KNOS will login FOR you, in about two minutes you will see the desktop icons.
(MD5 is ok, burned CD is ok)
