BOClean help please

    Hi all.

    A few months ago, I installed BOClean on my GF's laptop. It's a Toshiba running Win XP SP2.

    Today a pop-up appeared (see attached image), and clicking it does not make it dissapear. Following the steps indicated in the pop-up doesn't help either.
    so I told her to uninstall BOClean and restart the computer, but the pop-up appeared again. Now the BOClean folder on the start menu is empty.

    Any help appreciated.
