Can I run both? Do they play nice together without any conflicts?

There can be minor conflicts which you may or may not notice. During normal operation, if you look under the Performance tab of Windows Task Manager, you will see a time series profile of your systems CPU utilization (upper plot). BOClean performs a regular system check and that appears as a very regular low level spiking in this plot. This is normal and how the program works. On my system, PG increased the magnitude of this spike somewhat. I didn't observe an impact on system responsiveness in my own case.
