Bo Knows "T-Online Update-Client"...but I don't

Anyone know what it is? At first I thought it might be one of those download managers like Kontiki that use deception to get loaded and then do their spying thing...

...then I saw that it handled some windows update downloads.

...or could it be ISP related?

Since i do not find or recognize some of its components it makes me a bit uncomfortable. It has configured itself for internet access. I guess I could remove access and see what happens. I'm pretty sure it must be being used by some program. It's a mystery. And I hate mysteries!
