    My Symantec Antivirus software deteced this virus. it was found in the temp internet files. I need help on how to remove the infected files, or clean them.
    Please help

    emericaskate, welcome to Wilders :). Just empty the temp internet folder. Use this cleaner.

    Bloodhound.Exploit.20 is a heuristic detection for the ANI exploit.
    Norton probably did its job fine, so you don't have reasons to worry, moreover if you're up-to-date with security hotfixes.
