Blocked Web Site

For some reason V5.0.2126 of Endpoint Antivirus is blocking www.charlespetzold.com. While this is mildly amusing , I wanted to add an exclusion for this site. I added the address to the list of addresses excluded from filtering in the URL address management section of Web access protection. This appears to make no difference - the site is still blocked. Do I need to restart something for this to work or am I doing something wrong?

It is not being filtered here.

 

I guess a recent update must have sorted this. It is not being blocked today (either on a machine with my exclusion or on one without). However the question about whether the exclusion mechanism is working at all still stands!

 

Did you add it as *www.charlespetzold.com* ? Anyways, it is not recommended to exclude addresses from filtering as you might get infected with a drive-by malware.
