I am seeing a lot of blocked access messages of the type:
    URL 7gafd33ja90a . com / JAFOjChP8A7MhEu3dmVyPT
    IP address 198.18.1.8:80

Anyone know what the virus/trojan etc is that is being blocked? And of course how to remove it...

As I read your post, it seems to say access to this address was blocked by Nod32.

So, you never went there thus did not get infected. Nod32 was doing it's job of protecting you.

Do you have any other reason to think you have been infected? Run a FULL scan if you haven't.
