Blaster & Avast Conflict

    SpyBlaster 3.0 on my XP computer opens ok however on my 98SE computer it fails to open. I did find out though what was causing this and it was Avast virus scan. If I shutdown Avast it will open just fine, the XP machine has McAfee. Any ideas here on what to do?

    Hi,

    There are quite a few other threads here on the same topic which seem to indicate the problem's more or less unique to 98 and doesn't happen in other Win versions.

    And Javacool's aware of this and is frantically working on a fix. Meantime, hang in there!
