BlackICE configuration for Windows Messenger video etc

    Hi,

    can any of you out there tell me exactly how to configure (set new rules) BlackICE 3.6 so I can use windows Messenger video and file transfers whilst keeping BlackICE set at paranoid?

    A setp by step idiot proof set of instructions would be ideal!
