   That program is a total 300$ fraud .
   It can not do anything ! unless the encrypted volumes are mounted
   or your OS is not encrypted and allowed to enter hibernation without first dismounting mounted volumes .
   
   Anybody who has read the f%&#?"# TC-manual knows how to avoid this issue !
