    Running Traffic light + Trusteer rapport (not allowed to change browser) + Smartscreen as my only protection (with Safe-Admin through GPO and locked doen IE9).

    Compared to a paid alternative (e.g. PrevX) it is free, but uses a lot more CPU time

    Have you performed a system reboot since the update ?

    Hey ,

    Thanks for reporting this. I'll check it out and see where the problem lies.

    Best regards,

    I'll run the test again to check again. I uninstalled the extension and the above results showed up. I'll do a clean test on Chrome.

    Had to reinstall and then reboot but it does indeed work with Iron now. I should have tried that before my previous post. :thumb:

    As you probably notice :), we have a new version of Chrome extension - 0.1.7.
    Here's a quick changelog:

    - asynchronous multi-url cloud scanning for search engines;
    - asynchronous update and feedback;
    - smaller div for dragger -> fixes reported issues regarding sites such as reddit.com
    - modified spacing between 'I understand the risks, take me there anyway' and 'Take me back to safety' links in the alert page

    The Chrome extension does not break the Browserscope XSS tests now, but it breaks ACID3 tests instead (97/100) :D

    TL is growing an impressive list of supported browsers. I think TL will be a very useful tool once the drag on resources is alleviated.

    Strange thing Google DNS is the fastest with tests, also the most consistent in the cold first browser startup display with www.google.nl as startpage, but with a search result traffic light takes more time to display green lights o_O

    That makes me wonder if an option to report false positives from within TrafficLight would be welcome? :p

    Yes, it would... so would be a whitelist (maybe it is just me but I could not find one :p)

    that kind of defeats the purpose of a site checker to have a whitelist, especially if ur one of the users using the full installer since websites are always changing and could be potentially compromised at some point

    Well, it is the same thing like "ignore" or "exclude" function in AVs. Does that defeat their purpose? If you get some FP, you do not want to get prompted about it every couple of minutes until someone fixes that. ;)

    You can use 'Report broken page' button in the meantime..

    We'll change a little bit the Feedback area in order to be [more] clear that when reporting a page you can also put comments/email and that it can be used to report false positive.
