Bit Defender 2009 av uninstall.??

    Recently noticed that I could not access the advance function of Bit Defender 2009 av.?:mad:
    Uninstalled the product with some help from their uninstall tool,and after reading here somewhere that you should also uninstall the microsoft.net framework and installing the latest version,I keep getting the same message-

    "The installation cannot be finalized because the installer has detected a previous version that was not uninstalled properly.Please run the manual uninstall tool first."





    Has anyone experienced the same.;)

    If a reboot doesn't solve the problem, their support forum is your best bet. They have very helpful moderator there.

    Or their live support is quick too(assuming they are online at the same time as you)
