    Hi to everybody,
I have a big problem. I have a HP Pavilion T3510.it PC and True image
Home. My backups are stored in an external IDE USB drive.
All work correctly, but when I boot from Acronis Media Disk,
    come the problem:

All work very very very slowly and after I select what to start (Acronis True Image FULL) and come the Acronis logo on top left, appears:

    usb.c: canno't retrieve device descriptor (error=-32)

However the true image start. But every times I click "Next" button,
the PC employ about 3 minutes for go to the next window.
When the program start the recovery process it say to me:

    19 hours left!!!!
and the hard disk led flash every 30 secs and not always!

The backup is only 2 gb.

Anyone can help me? There are a solution? Acronis help me please..
With my old PC all work correcly but now I have this problem.

    I'm deprived of hope :(

Sincere thanks to who will succeed to help me.

I have read this old post of the forum but nothing resolve my problem:

It all began when trying to use Acronis True Image 6 and then 7, which i believe to be the best imaging tool ever! (even better than Sy***tec Gh*st for Wind*ws XP_PE.
BootCDs, Secure Zone and running True Image 6/7 after rebooting from within Wind*ws have always failed on my HP Pavili*n 43*0series notebook, which is due to the BIOS not dealing good with ACPI...
As a work around, as mentionned by Acronis support, you may press F11 key while the "Starting Acronis Loader..." message is displaying and enter "acpi=off noapic" parameter to change the way the kernel loads. In the command prompt, type "product" then Enter and True Image LOADS & RUNS!
While the "Starting Acronis Loader...", enter "acpi=off quiet" parameter and your bootcd/secure zone/TI after reboot LOADS & RUNS normally!!!

    Thank you to everybody.

I want to inform everybody that, as always, acronis support don't answer
    to my support request.
Also 1 month ago acronis support has not answered to a my email.

I hope this is only a time problem and that he answer me soon.
When I have a response, if he tell me a solution for my problem with TI
and HP, i'll paste the solution here on the forum.
