No, our science is, I guess. The milk only helps GROWing bones, not fully formed ones and it doesn't do a thing for bone density - exercise and good nutrition does!

I just found out soda, specifically the acids in it, eat away the minerals in your bones, even sugar free - I am now in pop/soda withdrawal!! :p

Firecat........ You are in the wrong place, surely you should be writing for a science journal or a weekly newspaper, if you knew that WAY back - WHY didn't you tell people, so they can live a healthy life??

Knowing is not worth a grain of sand if it isn't given to people who NEED that information!!

Just knowing? - Anybody can Know something!!

Sharing - Giving - in your case, information that can help someone be healthy or keep from losing the use of their computer that is what being a grown up is, if you can't do that, without making other people feel stupid?

That, my young friend, is worth NOTHING!!

Please share your knowledge with humility and the love will come.

Actually I read it from my newspapers and figured that you guys would know already...Besides I didn't mean to hurt you, it was just teasing :) I'm always willing to share my knowledge with anybody, I'm not jealous or anything really. Guess it just didn't show properly here. Anyhow, I got no hard feelings.

You have a nice day! :)

    Best Regards,
    Firecat

Well drinkin' too much coffee is not recommended for reasons which I do not know...I take lots of milk and some tea everyday...

Young at heart, I'll always be. Young in soul, probably. Young in body, will not be forever...
