I have just d/loaded a new version (2.0.0.20) of BHODemon2 and haven't yet installed it. I need to know if I should first Uninstall the old one before installing the new version...or can I just go ahead and install over the old one. Which is the better option - uninstall first, then reinstall? Thanks.

No need to uninstall old version.
Install new version 2.0.0.20 over previous version.

    Hi Vickie,

    To elaborate on down_under's suggestion,

just install the new version "into the same folder" as the old one. When the install destination window opens,
select "browse" (to be sure), and find the existing BHO's folder (it should be on - C:\Program Files), select it.
Click "next", and follow the prompts to complete the install.

Make sure you "shut down the old one" before you start the new install, OK.

It tells you what BHOs are on your computer and you can use Hijact this to delete them if they are spyware.

    That's the spirit Scott!

Like you, we're all learning and picking up tips along the way, having some fun to boot! :D When I'm not sure,
I usually state so and err on the side of caution. I'll try to find information pertaining to someone's particular issue,
or answer direct if I can provide an accurate and reliable response that I have proven from experience.
