BetterAntivirus Renewal

    I am trying to find out something. I know you can not up the number of allowed licences when you renew, but can you drop down one. I have a 4 user license but I only have 3 computers now. So if I want to add another year can I add a renewal for 3 computers instead of 4.

    We should be able to get this done tomorrow when ESET offices are re-opened after their shutdown for the MLK Bank Holiday...
