hi, have limited knowledge on this subject, my computer was uploading 50-100 KB/s(yes, bytes) there for a while and i couldn't see where the outbound destination was...

can anyone recommend the best program that would easily list the connections including(if possible) an actual website address, such as google.com instead of the 155.00.77.99 type address...i looked at netstat but i'm not too good with the command or dos kind of stuff - is there something better?

    thanks for any help...

They are good and handy, but do not forget A2 Hijack free, it also filters out signed/trusted processes (always handy for people new on this)
