Best IP Tools?

As a moderator and administrator in a forum, sometimes IP tools, can be usefull.

What are the best you know of?

I guess it depends on what you want to do with the IP address.

If you are looking for TraceRT's, I like NeoTrace. I like NeoTrace cause it will display on a map of their location. It doesn't have like the street's, and cross sections, but you get a really good idea of what city they may be in. As well as telling you their internet provider, and giving you their internet provider's tech support number.

Two good ones that I use are IP-Tools by KS-Soft and Essential NetTools by Tamosoft.

I've downloaded The ones that have been mentioned above. My use for them is simple. I'm an administrator on one forum and a moderator on the other.

On the foum where i admin, I have been having a small problem with someone who keeps using guest sign ons.

Think I know who he is, been doing some tracking
