You might want to mention which Windows OS you are using as there are more firewall choices for windows XP then for Windows Vista.

    Why not try Comodo v2?
    That's a great combo

Anyone tried the Webroot Desktop Firewall with KAV? I have Vista so I need something compatible with it. A little OT, but...So far I am not totally thrill with the KIS firewall although it seems to serve its purpose, plus block banner ads which I like. Does anyone have the firewall in KIS disabled and running another firewall?

I should have mentioned that I'm running XP Pro SP 2. I wangled a cheapo year's license for KAV. I'm very familiar with KIS, just want to have KAV's oomph with a better firewall. I like the sound of it with CPF 2.4

Well since Zone Alarm uses Kasperky's AV, why not use Zone Alarm?

Damn. I have KAV 7 installed with Comodo. Although I haven't had any problems so far, I don't like to think they could be conflicting.

Does anyone have the compatibility list for KAV?
And does Online Armour work OK with KAV? I really liked OA.

those problems dont happen to everyone because everyones comp is setup differently with different settings, its simple to have them run well together, disable proactive defense in KAV and leave defense+ on in Comodo, the rest is fine, been using them together since first day CFP v3 was released
