Best configuration for my security&privacy?

Hi all,

i have a 3com firewall (set on high protection level) / router (3CRWDR100A-72) and nod32 with default settings (potentially unwanted on).

Is it enough?
Should i disable xp firewall? Should i install another software firewall?
Are there other programs or solutions to add to my current configuration?

You mention you have NDO32 with default settings, have you looked at Blackspear's settings?

Id turn Windows Firewall off to save resources and because the router will do the inbound filtering. As for additional programs, I think youre fine as is.

i've read your TIGHT Security configuration.. so in your opinion should i have add other programs or solutions to add to my current configuration for a tight security?

Are there good alternatives to 'online armor' and 'FirstDefence ISR'?

I have NOD32 and Online Armor, that's it as far as security goes. I have Fisrt Defence ISR on my wifes systems, which is a multiuser system, reboot any anything they have done is gone

There are many out there, but you will need to join or start a thread in the appropriate forum, as this is for NOD32 Support only.
