Bart PE help?

    I have a maxtor 200 Gig. USB drive but Bart PE boot disk doesn't see it. Any ideas?

    Does it use any drivers chris. Actually, I am using a big 500g lacie usb drive, and this is essentially a maxtor.

    Well windows pops up and says your hardware is ready to use but I didn't have to install any drivers if thats what you mean.

    Did it come with a CD?
    Try also Ultimate Boot CD for Windows, much more hardware support.

    Must have been a fluke. I unplugged it plugged it back in and retryed everything and it worked.

    How exactly do you make a Bart PE boot disk.

    The TI rescue disk hangs with an archive corrupted message, so it was sugggested the Bart PE disk may work instead.

    Goto this page http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ scroll down to getting started and follow directions. You will probably have to have a plugin for ATI if thats what your talking about and click add plugin when running bart pe.
