If you have an OS installation media reinstall your system. Only that way you can be almost 100% sure that there isn't any leftovers in your system.

There is several things you can do.

if your pc is heavily infected or unbootable then try a antivirus boot disk like Kaspersky rescue disk and scan it and delete what it finds. Also hitman pro has a option called kickstart that will make a usb into a bootable malware cleaner and run it to get rid of malwares at bootup. Also try running malwarebyte at full too.

    So my advice is:

    1. Use a Av rescue disk cleaning to get rid of any bad malwares.

    2. use hitman pro

    3. use malwarebyter full scan

    4. use ccleaner with optimized options.

A good site with tons of free security softwares for pc is here. I suggest you go to this link and get what you need.

GOOD LUCK. Let us know how it goes.
