Paragon Backup and Recovery™ 11, version 10.0.17.13783 (04.08.11) Compact Edition, x64 version installed

    Test system: Win7x64ult; Gigabyte 965P-DQ6v3.3; ICH8R, Microsoft driver: System Reserved & C & E & Ubuntu on RAID0x4HDDs, ports 0-3; F & Backup Capsule on single HDD, port 4

Production system: Win7x64pro; Gigabyte Z68XP-UD4; Intel RST 10.8.0.1003/XHD RAID (caching): System Reserved & C on SSD port 0, D & E on HDD port 1 (accelerated), F & Backup Capsule on HDD port 2, G & Ubuntu on HDD port 3

ISSUE: On production system, Archives Tab is blank unless backups are manually added to archives; all archives must be added manually to be displayed; additionally, entries in arcdir are deleted on exit

    - All backups work perfectly on test system; backups (cyclic partition, scheduled file, one-off MBR) are automatically entered into archives db and are displayed on Archives Tab

    - Backups (MBR, cyclic partition) on production system appear to run correctly and are entered into the arcdir file and disappear on program exit; when backup is entered into arcdir file, the Archives tab never displays any entries unless manually added

    - Ran installation repair from Control Panel

    - Moved /archive_db/arcdir from C: to F: (with layout.ini unedited and with it edited) with no change in behaviour

    - Moved arcdir to program install location ("file://./" in layout.ini) with no change

    - Cleared/reformatted capsule, restarted with every configuration change

    - Logs exported from backup capsule show no errors, show logging to arcdir

    - Using F:\ as a backup destination with no backup capsule behaves the same way

I cannot find any posts or kb articles even close to this problem and am at a loss on how to further troubleshoot it. I do not believe it is purely a display problem in the Archives Tab since entries disappear from arcdir but manual entries display and remain intact.

I'm switching from another backup product and would really like to use Paragon's but I'm stymied at this point; I'd appreciate any insight.

Update: File backups add themselves to the archives tab automatically.
