Backups and Cluster size

    Question regarding restoring a back up with hardrive formatted with cluster size at 32k..
    Can anyone tell me,, if I take a new hardrive with normal cluster size of 4 and restore a back up(deleting old partition) and restoring the new drive with a back up that was formatted at 32k cluster size will the newly restored drive be the same cluster size as the original drive that the back up was made from…??
