Backup to Tape

I run TrueImage Server 8.0 and I have a Tape (HP-Surestore DLT 80) attached to it. Can anyone tell me, how I can save me Image on the tape? The tape is connected properly since it works with the backup solution...

 

Same deal for me. Have a SDLT attached which can be used when booting from recovery CD but not from within the OS

Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image 8.0 Server (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATISWin/).

Could you please do the following:
- Download the http://www.acronis.com/files/support/tapes.zip file;
- Unpack the archive into the C:\ folder;
- Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu;
- Run the following command:

C:\tapes.exe > C:\tapes.txt

- Send the C:\tapes.txt file and screen shots of your actions when you try to save the image on the tape to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. We will certainly help you with the solution.
