We have a Windows 2008r2 server that is hosting applications on Terminal Server. For the moment we are using the built in Windows backup but I would like to install something that creates a complete disk image, with the option for incremental/differential backups, and the ability to extract single files if needed from the image. What is available currently? Paid is not necessarily a problem if the price is not ridiculous.

Well... so far I am testing Macrium Server version. It looks like it should cost $199 and the trial seems to be going well. Any opinions on whether or not it is a good choice?

IFW says, "Compatible with Windows Server and SBS versions (NT4, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2011, etc..)."
