    Hello,

I have a successfully verified disk image on an external USB hard-drive. When booting from a CD (also verified), Paragon Backup 9.0 cannot recognize the internal HD of the machine. Message reads "no HDD installed". I have not encountered this problem on any other machine.

I am able to recover the disk image when running from my internal hard-drive but not from the bootable CD. This means that if my hard drive crashes, I will not be able to recover my disk image.

Thanks to anyone who can help me!

    Greig

PS I have a SATA HD running on Windows XP SP2. Thanks!
