Backing up my TrueCrypt drive with Acronis True Image?

    My entire system partition is encrypted with TrueCrypt AES. I have True Image 11 and I have the plugin for Bart's PE. In Bart's PE, when I mount my partition with TrueCrypt, True Image will not recognize the mounted image. Only under "backup my data" mode is it recognized.

    I want to back it up sector-by-sector and not just simply the data. Is there any way to get this to work?
