B&R 10 - APP Crash complexbackup.exe ?

    Just installed the trial version on my new Acer Timeline 3810T notebook with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and tried to do a partition backup a few times and it always APP Crashes at complexbackup.exe every time at completion of backup after rebuild partition info message o_O

    Do I have a complete backup or not at this message ?

    Are you running a one time backup or a schedule backup? It looks like the sche.dll file is involved which indicates scheduling. If you are scheduling, try running the backup manually by right-clicking the task in Scheduled Task, and Run Now.

    If it's failing at the end of the backup, your archive may still be good. To test, you can use the File Transfer Wizard under Tools and drill into the archive to see its content.

    it's a manual one time backup not scheduled
