In my second computer at the moment I run a Windows 10 - Mint 17 dual boot with Grub2 to lead the merry booting.
Previously there was only Windows 8.1,which I backed up with AX64 Time Machine, then I wanted to try out Windows 10 and upgraded, taking backups with AX64,which seemed to work well in W10.
When I realised security was somehow a failure in W10 I added Mint 17 in dual boot mode, taking a few disk backups with Clonezilla.
    Now the question is :
if I want to go back to Windows 8.1 or if I want to use a previous Windows 10 AX64 snapshot in the present dual boot setup can I do it-would the AX64 removable media boot? or would it damage Grub2 files, forcing me to repair it?
    Anyone did this?
