Avirt folded ??

I was looking around for some mail servers - ordered so by my boss - and wanted to take a look at some different ones to see which one was easiest to configure in our network .

I saw Avirt Mail got some decent reviews at Snapfiles- the former webatattack- and other sites and wanted to download the trial because it looked really easy to configure but : alas !! It seems Avirt either folded completely or is absorbed by some other company .

At least I couldn´t get into their main website , still listed as www.avirt.com

Anybody in here know what happened to them??
