I'm really hoping that some kind person knows WHY Avira products show "no stock" on Dowloadcrew and WHEN this situation will/should be resolved.

Simple answer is this: NO-ONE orders Avira products and we were left with hundreds of expired codes :(

Avira products are supplied to resellers (like Avast) with activation expiration dates. We bought hundreds of them, they all expired as they trickle out the door at a rate of about <5/week.

Webroot the same. No point stocking them as they sell less than <5 units a week.

Sad situation, but that's how it is. They simply do not sell.

So why not help us and remove them from the store?

I tried to buy from them a few weeks back, and I could not pay them because of their seller settings on their end. I asked them to fix it. It would take 48 hours to get a response, and it was like they just kept telling me over and over to pay them. I snipped a picture of the problem, and asked them to cancel the transaction because it was apparent they were not going to do anything. They did cancel the transaction a couple weeks later, and after all the hassle I did not want to pay them even if I could.
