AVG says I have a Trojan

    I run AVG and it might show it as SecThoughtB and I delete it. A little later AVG detects it again. I have gone to the website 2nd-Thought.com and used their uninstaller. I have installed Spyware Guard and Blaster. Obviously there is something still in my machine that needs to be deleted. Can you help?
