AVG Linkscanner

I just upgraded from the AVG 'Standalone' Linkscanner version 8.5 to version 9.0. I did not realize that there was a newer version out. I started experiencing the following problem which is how I found out about the newer version.

I uninstalled version 8.5 and restarted the PC before installing version 9.0. During the installation process I chose 'Advanced' so that I could make sure that the AVG Toolbar/Yahoo Search were not installed.

So far I have not experienced the above error with version 9.0
