I had AVG Internet Security 2013 installed on my PC, before that, I had AVG IS 2012. Every thing worked great with both. A few days ago I couldn't connect to the internet. There was a yellow exclamation point symbol in the AVG task bar icon. The Identity Protection was deactivated. I clicked on Fix, but that didn't work. I decided to do a uninstall/reinstall. I got an error message towards the very end of the install. Something to do with an AVG driver certificate not being compatible with Microsoft Windows. Sorry, I can't remember the exact wording. I'm running Win 7 64. When I continued with the install, I get a message saying I need to do a restart to activate the firewall. At this point in time, I can connect to the internet. When the reboot is completed and the firewall and all other components are activated, I can't connect. I tried several times to install, but always the same problem. Any ideas on what could be causing the problem?
